Preparation of your session:
Think about your passions. Which photos would make you dream? Would you like to have a cocooning session alone? With your spouse? With your children? Do you have accessories that are important to you? Do you want to have snapshots at a specific place that reflects you or makes you dream? Do you want to wear beautiful dresses that highlight your shapes or do you prefer to work with little light for timeless images? What should you wear?
If you want to be able to change outfits, the ideal is to bring a choice of underwear. A tank top very close to the body colour white, skin or black can also be useful. If you have pregnancy clothes or pregnant women's dresses bring them. I have several dresses and fabrics that we can use during the session, which we can discuss during the preparation.
During your session:
When you arrive at the shooting location, we will review your wishes and the progress of the session. The duration of a pregnancy session is about 1h30 to have a variety of interesting shots. Enjoy the session to think about your future baby and let me help you create beautiful images that you can enjoy by reminding you of this moment of life so unique in a woman's life. With each outfit / location we will vary the poses, angles of view and close-ups to obtain unique portraits for you.
After your session:
Now you can go home and relax and dream of all the beautiful pictures that will soon be yours. I review the images of your session and select the best ones. Once I have the "final cut" selected, I go through each individual picture. I am trying to correct imperfections. Tiny details can make all the difference in an image of a pregnant woman! My process also includes looking for images that shine with a special touch as a special colour application. Your images will be ready to be delivered within two weeks and I look forward to creating beautiful pictures of your future newborn with you.
